Syed Mansoor Ali Naqvi is the founder, CEO and President of MB (Mansoor Brothers) Group of Companies. Mr. Naqvi is one of the biggest entrepreneurs in Canada. Mr. Naqvi holds a Masters in Analytical Chemistry from University of Toronto. With his strategic foresight and determination, he has built a strong foundation for his successful multi-million dollar empire. He is driven by an entrepreneurial spirit that has fuelled a successful track record. As a result, MB group has emerged as Canada’s premium conglomerate.
Mr. Naqvi’s success can be largely attributed to his rejection of conventional wisdom and traditional business practices. His unconventional approach to leadership encourages challenging the status quo, encouraging people to think deeply and question long-held assumptions.

Mr. Naqvi’s entrepreneurial journey in Canada started back in 1996, when he was running a coffee franchise. In that era, very few thought of competing with payment processing companies. However, Mr. Naqvi had the foresight to start a company from scratch which would eventually grow into a business empire of various companies diversified in every field. Through his entrepreneurial mindset, Mr. Naqvi introduced a payment switch named ‘Cash-wave’, making his company one of the biggest ATM payment processors of Canada. Through his vision and leadership, Mr. Naqvi has created a significant contribution to the financial sector of Canada by improvising the ATM and POS industry. With this transformational leadership style, he is able to create a customer-driven environment at MB Group by splitting his workforce into small teams, making them focus on different tasks and problems, and improving communication across the organization.
From its humble origins in payment services, he expanded MB Group into a diversified business by providing services in the ATM, POS, Real Estate, Insurance and Accounting industry of Canada. Mr. Naqvi is also famous for his generosity and extensive philanthropy as he has also donated sizable amounts of money to various charitable organizations. This is because he strongly believes in the idea of “Learn, earn and return”.
